Amerisist is committed to promoting the independence and dignity of our residents while providing the highest quality of care in a safe and secure environment. We strive to respect the rights of each individual with regards to privacy, care and freedom of choice and recognize the individuality and spirit of each of our residents.
We meet initially with each resident and family before they move in to help determine appropriate care and service, working together to create an individualized plan that is implemented on a daily basis. Our focus is to provide quality care while respecting each resident’s dignity and encouraging independence. Some aspects of the plan may include help with personal grooming, dressing, showering, assistance with eating, continence care, mobility, recreational activities, medication administration and physician orders.
